There are numerous sources to stay in touch with his work, I would like to point you to his book Investor Behavior. Every serious investor/trader should always have in the back of his mind the issues of risk management and personal psychology, why it is always a good idea, at least from time to time, to stay in touch with what the great thinkers in this regard are researching and publishing. Working on your own behavioral aspects in the field of trading can of course not be replaced by listening to someone else, instead it is your task to incorporate those published findings with your own experiences.
